We know how worrying it can be when sending your prized possessions by post. Not knowing if your item has been received, if work has commenced, or even not knowing when your item will be ready for collection or dispatch.

We are mindful of these concerns, and a lot of the time these worries can be easily avoided.

To reduce delays please fill out this form. This way, we can ensure that even during our busy periods, we can provide you with an update whenever you require.

Works will not be carried out unless this form is completed and submitted. Requests for work via phone call or email will only be carried out if the details requested in this form are provided.

By submitting this form you are agreeing to: Payment required on completion of work prior to collection or postage. Customers agree liability if posted & goods damaged, lost or stolen. Work must be paid on collection or on receipt of invoice. Unpaid/uncollected work will be retained for a period of 1 month, then sold to recoup invoice amount unless arranged with Liquid Steel Designs.
